These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph.888 ("ph.888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph888.bio. By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by ph.888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Definitions

- "KYC" means "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process required by ph.888 and applicable Philippine regulations prior to processing withdrawals.

- "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms applies.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ph.888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be below the minimum age, with forfeiture of any balance associated with that Account.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The ph.888 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ph.888 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than those in which the Platform is licensed and regulated to operate.
2.3 Additional Eligibility Restrictions
The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in games on ph.888:
- Individuals who are self-excluded, on a PAGCOR exclusion list, or subject to any other regulatory gaming ban;
- Current employees, contractors, officers, and directors of ph.888, and their immediate family members residing in the same household;
- Individuals who have been permanently excluded from ph.888 due to a prior breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ph.888 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, cancellation of all Accounts, and forfeiture of all Balances associated with those Accounts. Where a Player identifies that a duplicate Account has been created in error, they must contact ph.888 support immediately via live chat or email.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. The provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ph.888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ph.888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your registered Account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or identity documents must be updated through Account settings or by contacting ph.888 support, and may require re-verification of your identity.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, ph.888 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID);
- Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account displaying your registered name and mobile number);
- Any additional documentation that ph.888 may reasonably require to fulfill its regulatory obligations.
ph.888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where submitted documentation cannot be verified, may be subject to Account closure in accordance with applicable law and regulatory obligations.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
ph.888 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph.888 Account Balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ph.888 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to four business hours. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional compliance review.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Account cashier section at the time of request. ph.888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard limits or are flagged by automated compliance systems.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once are subject to a single rollover requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent the use of the ph.888 platform for payment processing rather than genuine gaming activity. ph.888 reserves the right to void a withdrawal and return funds to the Account Balance if this requirement is not met.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by ph.888 ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each Promotion is offered and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money wagers and bonus wagers combined where applicable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each Promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
ph.888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Players found engaging in bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended and Balances forfeited.
7. Gameplay and Fair Play
7.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the ph.888 Platform is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and payouts.
7.2 Random Number Generation
All slot, table, and virtual games on ph.888 use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards or equipment streamed directly to Players. ph.888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a game session, ph.888 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any stakes placed during that malfunction. Winnings generated as a direct result of a documented technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. Players experiencing technical issues should contact support immediately.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph.888 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;
- Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity theft;
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the ph.888 Platform;
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
- Creating Accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge;
- Abusing the ph.888 customer support team or other players in a manner that is harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
9. Responsible Gaming
ph.888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on its Platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.
9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
All registered Players on ph.888 have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
- Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or deposit.

ph.888 is strictly prohibited from providing services to persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ph.888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade names, and the ph.888 brand identity, is the exclusive property of ph.888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the ph.888 Platform without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.888 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from authorized use of your Account by you or any unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the ph.888 Platform;
- The actions, content, or conduct of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the ph.888 Platform;
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, network failures, or device malfunctions outside ph.888's direct control;
- Any loss of winnings due to documented game malfunctions that are voided in accordance with Section 7.3 of these Terms.
Nothing in this Section limits ph.888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by ph.888's negligence, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
12.1 Closure by the Player
Players may request closure of their ph.888 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ph.888 will process any eligible pending withdrawal of real-money funds prior to closing the Account, subject to applicable KYC and compliance requirements. Bonus funds not converted to withdrawable real-money funds at the time of closure request will be forfeited.
12.2 Closure by ph.888
ph.888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a regulatory, legal, or security risk to the Platform or other players.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information by ph.888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph.888 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and ph.888, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures. You agree that any formal legal proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
